What should I do in an electrical emergency?

If there is active fire, sparking, burning smell, or immediate danger, evacuate and call 911. For non-fire emergencies—such as a tripped breaker that won't reset, exposed wiring, or a buzzing panel—turn off power to the affected area using the main breaker if safe to do so, and call us immediately. We respond to emergency electrical calls 24/7.
